RETURNS

In Stock Items

In stock items are products that are purchased directly on our website and shipped from our warehouses in Los Angeles, California (for more information on in stock items, please visit or FAQ page).

All in stock items are eligible to return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or a packing slip that came with your order. Please start your return here and we will email you your return label.

All in stock items that are $100 and above are eligible for FREE returns. If your in stock item is under $100, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and it must also include the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

All affiliate items will be processed by Amazon or the manufacturer and are subject to the return policies provided on Amazon or the manufacturer’s website.

REFUNDS

In Stock Items

In stock items are products that are purchased directly on our website and shipped from our warehouses in Los Angeles, California (for more information on in stock items, please visit or FAQ page).

Once your return of your in stock item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 business days.

All refunds include the price you paid for the item excluding the original shipping cost.

If you are returning an in stock item that is under $100.00 we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label provided to you during the return process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
