This is well made and well designed. I had a couple of questions that I submitted on their website….got two email replies from the president of the company (I think) one answered my questions, the other provided his phone number to call. I’m impressed. One small caveat (answer to my one of my questions)…you need a bit of room to move your mat farther from the net to hit the longer clubs since the angle of the shot starts a bit lower…in order for the ball to hit the target sheet.

This net is an integral part of my golf simulation system which also includes a hitting mat from Costco and a skytrak launch monitor. It’s a really nice system that takes only a minute or so to set up. I finally got the hang of how to fold up the net, which initially took several minutes, but now only takes me around 30 seconds to get it folded and back in the bag. The net works extremely well for almost all clubs, with the one exception being a 60deg lob wedge, where my normal trajectory typically hits above the black target fabric and top of the netting, which is a bit too close for comfort (I’m in my backyard and a stray ball would likely hit a neighbor’s house). To remedy this I place a couple of concrete blocks under the back end of the net which moves the top of the net higher and a bit closer to the hitting mat. After this adjustment my lob wedge will hit towards the top of the black fabric. So far I’ve not had any stray balls, even with the lob wedge. Another great aspect of this net that I didn’t fully appreciate until after I started using it is that the ball hits very softly (and quietly) into the net and then rolls gently back down to your feet. This is extremely convenient and allows for an entire practice session or virtual round with just one ball and no climbing into the net to retrieve anything. Overall I’ve been extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Fantastic golf aid. I wish I would have gotten it sooner! Very easy to set up, truly just seconds. I found the take down to be a little more involved and that the instructions were not as clear (probably just me), so I went out to YouTube and found a video. Now that I know what to do it’s just seconds to take down as well. I love the ball return and that I only need to practice with one ball. Shipping was fast. I was given a range of days to expect delivery and it was delivered on the first day. Awesome, couldn’t be happier.

Just caught the golfing bug and have this overwhelming need to improve my swing. I selected the Spornia practice net after researching several competing models. As other posters have mentioned this unit is super easy to set up. Folding it up is a littler trickier but there is a well done instruction sheet with pictures included. The two features that were the main deciding factors in my selection were the ball return system and the impact absorbing tarp. First the tarp. Only time will tell but the tarp should help protect the net and make it last longer. I like the idea of the dual stopping system. Last thing I need is to be replacing one of my neighbor’s windows. The ball return system works just like in the videos. Really like this feature as you can tell how well you placed your shot by the return. Very happy with this purchase!! As an unexpected plus it has attracted several neighbors over for practice. We socialize over drinks while we take turns critiquing each others swing and making slow mo videos with our phones. I’ll take all the help I can get!

This is well made and well designed. I had a couple of questions that I submitted on their website….got two email replies from the president of the company (I think) one answered my questions, the other provided his phone number to call. I’m impressed. One small caveat (answer to my one of my questions)…you need a bit of room to move your mat farther from the net to hit the longer clubs since the angle of the shot starts a bit lower…in order for the ball to hit the target sheet.

This net is an integral part of my golf simulation system which also includes a hitting mat from Costco and a skytrak launch monitor. It’s a really nice system that takes only a minute or so to set up. I finally got the hang of how to fold up the net, which initially took several minutes, but now only takes me around 30 seconds to get it folded and back in the bag. The net works extremely well for almost all clubs, with the one exception being a 60deg lob wedge, where my normal trajectory typically hits above the black target fabric and top of the netting, which is a bit too close for comfort (I’m in my backyard and a stray ball would likely hit a neighbor’s house). To remedy this I place a couple of concrete blocks under the back end of the net which moves the top of the net higher and a bit closer to the hitting mat. After this adjustment my lob wedge will hit towards the top of the black fabric. So far I’ve not had any stray balls, even with the lob wedge. Another great aspect of this net that I didn’t fully appreciate until after I started using it is that the ball hits very softly (and quietly) into the net and then rolls gently back down to your feet. This is extremely convenient and allows for an entire practice session or virtual round with just one ball and no climbing into the net to retrieve anything. Overall I’ve been extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Fantastic golf aid. I wish I would have gotten it sooner! Very easy to set up, truly just seconds. I found the take down to be a little more involved and that the instructions were not as clear (probably just me), so I went out to YouTube and found a video. Now that I know what to do it’s just seconds to take down as well. I love the ball return and that I only need to practice with one ball. Shipping was fast. I was given a range of days to expect delivery and it was delivered on the first day. Awesome, couldn’t be happier.

Just caught the golfing bug and have this overwhelming need to improve my swing. I selected the Spornia practice net after researching several competing models. As other posters have mentioned this unit is super easy to set up. Folding it up is a littler trickier but there is a well done instruction sheet with pictures included. The two features that were the main deciding factors in my selection were the ball return system and the impact absorbing tarp. First the tarp. Only time will tell but the tarp should help protect the net and make it last longer. I like the idea of the dual stopping system. Last thing I need is to be replacing one of my neighbor’s windows. The ball return system works just like in the videos. Really like this feature as you can tell how well you placed your shot by the return. Very happy with this purchase!! As an unexpected plus it has attracted several neighbors over for practice. We socialize over drinks while we take turns critiquing each others swing and making slow mo videos with our phones. I’ll take all the help I can get!

I love this net!!! My husband wasn’t happy with me for buying a net ……until he saw how easy it was to put up and take down. I am only 5’4″ 112lb I can pop it up in a minute. I bought a bag of practice balls but with the ball returning to your feet I only need1 ball. My grandson loves to kick soccer balls into the net. Could be taken to beach, park and used for all sports. I had a question and received immediate assistance from Spornia they are A +
