Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Los Angeles, California.

When do you ship my order?

If your item is in stock, we will ship your order within 24 hours. Orders received after 11AM on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

If Monday is a holiday, we will ship the following Tuesday.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it takes about 4 to 5 business days to reach the final destination. Some locations close to California, your order can arrive within 3 business days after your order is shipped.

How will I know my order is shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email or you can check your order status by going to “My Accounts”.
